Dubai Creative Clusters Authority (DCCA)
In 2014, the ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, introduced a new rule to lead the development of Dubai’s creative industries in support of the Dubai innovation strategy which led to formation of DCCA and replaced the DTMFZA.
DCCA is authorized to promote Dubai as one of the world’s most attractive cities for creative business.
