Notes:

  • Association (Non-Profit Organization) can register at AED 10,000.
  • Single Activity from General Segments (1.11, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3) for AED 10,000 option is also available.
  • License Tariff fee is capped at maximum 15 activities per License, from all segments, for AED 30,000.
  • All Tariff Fees are on an annual basis.

Process:

  • Submit the application form with other legal documents
  • Open a Bank account and deposit capital.
  • Submit Proof of capital issued by the bank and execute MOA & AOA.
  • Sign the lease agreement and collect the license and legal documents.

Process
If the Applicant is out of UAE

  • Online Request for Employment Visa Entry Permit.
  • Two (2) clear passport photocopies of applicant. The passport shall have a minimum validity of six (6) months.
  • A copy of attested Educational Certificate of applicant (only applicable to certain job titles).
  • Two (2) coloured photographs with white background. Size: 4.3cm x 5.5cm.

If the Applicant is in the UAE (In-country)

  • Online Request for Employment Visa Entry Permit.
  • Two (2) clear passport photocopies of applicant.
  • A copy of attested Educational Certificate of applicant (only applicable to certain job titles).
  • The original passport of the applicant with minimum validity of 6months.
  • The original Visit Visa / original Cancellation paper (these documents must have at least one month’s validity).
  • The original Employment Contract.
  • Seven (7) coloured photographs with white background. Size: 4.3cm x 5.5cm.
  • Medical insurance.

After Arrival
Within seven (7) days from the sponsored employee’s arrival into the UAE, the following documents are required to be submitted at MASDAR’s Business Hub:

  • Original Passport.
  • Original Entry Permit (with Airport entry stamp).
  • Five (5) coloured photographs with white background. Size: 4.3cm x 5.5cm.
  • Original Employment Contract.
  • 3 copies of the Passport and Entry Permit & 1 copy of the Payment Receipt.
  • Medical Fitness Certificate
  • Health Insurance
  • Emirates ID Card

Processing Time
For Entry Permit :

  • Approx. 6 Working Days (if normal)
  • Approx. 3 Working Days (if urgent)

For Residence Stamping:

  • Approx. 7 Working days after Visa Medical Fitness Test (if normal)
  • Approx. 4 Working days after Visa Medical Fitness Test (if urgent)

Additional Notes:

  • Visas will not be ready earlier than the indicated. Therefore, in country applicant must ensure that he/she has enough time to complete the process.
  • Entry Permits are valid for sixty (60) days commencing from date of issue and renewable for an additional sixty (60) days upon expiry of the initial sixty (60) days.
  • In country applicants shall carry out Emirates ID Card formalities & Visa Medical Fitness Test only after issuance of the entry permit.
  • Residence stamping on the passport must be completed within sixty (60) days commencing from date of arrival into the country, in order to avoid overstay fines.
  • Residence Visas are valid for three (3) years commencing from Residence Visa stamping date.
