New app launched for ENBD transactions to save time
The biggest bank in the Emirate, ENBD is set to launch a new banking app which will reduce the waiting and transaction time of customers.
The new application will allow the branch service representatives to speed up customers from the queue and serve their requests immediately on the tablets by using the digital signature for verification in order to process the transactions. By using the online and the mobile banking facilities, the customers can process their requests themselves. Some branches in the city have already launched the new app and the rest of the branches will be following it soon.
